These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ABC AI Lab's Polymarket Signal Bot service ("Service") operated by ABC AI Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ABC AI Lab is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or financial institution. The Service provides informational data only — specifically, publicly observable on-chain wallet activity on the Polymarket prediction market platform.
Nothing provided through the Service constitutes: financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a recommendation to enter or exit any position, or an endorsement of any particular outcome. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.
Prediction market participation involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all funds you commit to prediction markets. Past activity of tracked wallets does not indicate, guarantee, or predict future results. High-activity signals do not indicate profitable outcomes. You should only participate in prediction markets with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. You must be in a jurisdiction where use of prediction markets is legal. You represent that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access through the end of your paid period.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@abcailab.com within 48 hours of the charge.
Wallet activity data is sourced from public blockchain data and the Polymarket API. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We are not liable for any trading decisions made based on data provided by the Service.
You agree not to: redistribute or resell signal data to third parties; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; use the Service in any way that could constitute market manipulation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABC AI LAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
