These terms describe how the service works and what we do and do not promise. Please read them before paying or registering.

Who we are

The Oracle service (also “ABC AI Lab”) at abcailab.com is provided and sold by ABC PHOTOSHOOT LLC, a company registered in Florida, USA. Below, “we” means that company.

What the service includes

• astrology and numerology calculations and reports based on your birth data, including the free chart calculator;
• a personal calendar of your astrological events (a link you can add to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and others) and a morning digest in Telegram or WhatsApp;
• a diary: you send text notes and, with separate consent, voice notes through Telegram or WhatsApp; voice is turned into text on our own computers;
• plain-language explanations of the calculations, written by a language model (AI), so the text may contain inaccuracies;
• a personal check of forecasts against your diary: a forecast is recorded in advance and then compared with your entries.

Age

The service is only for people who are 18 or over. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or over.

What these materials are

The calculations follow the rules of astrology and numerology. They are a guide, not a guarantee: we describe tendencies and possibilities, we do not predict events.

The materials are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice and do not replace a specialist. Decisions are yours. See the Disclaimer page for more.

Your account and your obligations

• give accurate information about yourself and keep your access safe;
• your calendar link is personal: do not publish it, because it shows your dates and events;
• if you enter another person’s data (for example for compatibility), you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that the person knows;
• if you order a report for a child, you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and are entitled to give us the child’s data; do not send other people’s entries, especially children’s, to the diary without the consent of their parents or guardians;
• do not use the service to track or harass people, and do not try to hack or overload the service or collect other users’ data. We may refuse a report about a person whose data you are not entitled to share.

Calendar subscription

The calendar subscription (with a morning digest in Telegram or WhatsApp) has no fixed term: it runs until you switch it off yourself in your cabinet.

Price: $0.99 for the first month, then $6.99 for each following month. After the first month the money is charged automatically once a month via PayPal until the subscription is switched off. You confirm this in PayPal when you subscribe.

How to switch it off: in your cabinet, Profile → “Cancel subscription”. If you write STOP to the bot, it sends you a link to the cabinet. Switching off stops future charges; access stays until the end of the month already paid. You can also cancel in PayPal itself.

Early access. During the early-access period, access to the calendar is granted by invitation and promo codes at no charge; in that case there are no charges.

If you switch the subscription off, access to the calendar and digest closes after the end of the paid month, while your diary entries stay with you: you can export them or subscribe again.

Prices and payment

Seller: ABC PHOTOSHOOT LLC (USA). Prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card or account is in another currency, PayPal converts it at its own rate. The final amount is shown on the payment page before you pay; if taxes apply, they are shown there too.

Payment is accepted via PayPal. If card payment is offered on the payment page, it goes through the payment partner named on that page; we do not receive or store your card number.

Refund terms are on the Refunds page: any payment can be refunded within 14 days.

Messages in messengers

By connecting Telegram or WhatsApp you agree to receive our morning digests and service messages about your access You can turn them off at any time: write STOP to the bot (in Telegram, the /stop command) and it replies with a link to your cabinet, where the subscription is switched off; or write to us at abcphotoshootllc@gmail.com and we will help. There are no advertising mailings without your separate consent.

Your entries and data

Diary entries, voice notes and the data you enter remain yours. You allow us to process them as far as needed to run the service. Entries in which you yourself write about health, relationships, beliefs and other personal matters are processed only with your separate consent given at registration (you can withdraw it). Details are on the Privacy page.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and diary (see “Your rights and deletion” in the privacy policy).

You can switch the subscription off in your cabinet at any time (see “Calendar subscription”). We may suspend access if these terms are broken, for example by hacking attempts or abuse.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We try to make the calculations correct, but we do not guarantee any particular result and are not responsible for decisions you make based on the materials. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida, USA, unless mandatory rules of your country require otherwise. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another country with such protection, you keep the mandatory rights under your country’s law, including the right to go to court where you live. Before going to a bank, a payment service or a court, please write to us: we can usually solve it faster.

Changes to the terms

We may update the terms. The new version is published on this page with a new version date; for material changes we will notify you by e-mail or in the messenger at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the changes. The price and terms of an already paid period do not change.
