Refund Policy
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days of the payment date, without giving a reason.

Period and conditions
Any payment can be refunded within 14 days of the payment date, without giving a reason and whether or not you have already used the report or the calendar. This applies to one-time reports and to payments for the calendar subscription (the first and any following month). For EU consumers this matches the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days; we do not keep any charge for materials already supplied.
After a refund, access to the relevant material or to the calendar is closed; that is a consequence of the refund, not a condition for it.
How to request a refund
Contact us: abcphotoshootllc@gmail.com. Give the address you registered with and the payment date. One sentence is enough, for example “please refund my order of such-and-such a date”.
We reply within 3 business days and send the refund within 5 business days of agreeing it.
How we refund
The money is returned by the same method you paid with (PayPal). How soon it arrives depends on the payment provider. If card payment was offered on the payment page, the refund goes back to the same card.
After a refund
A refund does not switch the subscription off by itself: to stop future charges, switch it off in your cabinet (Profile → “Cancel subscription”) or tell us and we will do it with the refund. If you also want your account and diary deleted, say so in your request.
Disputes
If you are unhappy, please write to us first: we can usually sort it out faster than through a bank or payment provider. This does not take away your right to go to your bank or payment provider.
