📦 Order Processing

After your payment is confirmed, your order enters our processing queue. Processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
• Processing time is separate from shipping time — total delivery = processing + transit.
• You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once dispatched.

📬 Delivery Estimates

• United States (Standard): 7–14 business days — FREE
• US Express: 3–5 business days — Coming soon
• International: 14–30 business days — customer pays customs & duties

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package at any time.

• Allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update.
• Visit our Order Tracking page or click the link in your shipping email.
• Can't find your tracking? Email support@abcailab.com with your order number.

🌍 International Orders

• Contact your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure about charges.
• If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, a partial refund may be issued minus return shipping and restocking costs.

❓ Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window:

1. Check your tracking link — confirm the current status and last scan location.
2. Check with neighbors or building staff — packages are sometimes left nearby.
3. Wait 5 additional business days — most delays resolve within this window.
4. Contact us at support@abcailab.com with your order number if the package is still missing.

For confirmed lost packages (after investigation), we will reship or issue a full refund at our discretion.
