We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@abcailab.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter fulfillment. Contact us immediately at support@abcailab.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you can initiate a return.
